MOOOV is a daily fitness application that provides AI-generated bodyweight workout plans, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking. The App offers:

• Daily AI-generated workout plans personalised to your goals and fitness level
• A guided workout player with exercise instructions and timers
• Meal planning based on your nutritional targets
• Progress tracking including streaks, calories burned, and workout history
• A premium subscription with access to advanced features

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

MOOOV offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("MOOOV Pro") with advanced features.

• Free trial: New subscribers may receive a free trial period as offered at the time of sign-up.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Cancellation: Cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.

6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The content provided in MOOOV is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme. You assume all risk of injury that may result from use of the App.

7. AI-Generated Content

Workout plans may be generated using artificial intelligence and may contain errors or may not be suitable for all users. Always stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disassemble the App
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Use automated means to access or collect data from the App
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the App is the exclusive property of MOOOV and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOOOV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
