2. Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials when you register.

Profile and fitness data: Your fitness goal, level, age, height, weight, gender, dietary preferences, and notification preferences.

Workout activity: Duration, calories burned, exercises completed, and streak data from your sessions.

Weight log: Weight entries you choose to log, to display your progress over time.

Device information: Push notification token to send workout reminders at your chosen time.

Usage data: Basic usage data to improve the App.

• To create and personalise your daily AI-generated workout plans
• To generate nutritional targets and meal suggestions
• To track your progress, streaks, and fitness achievements
• To send push notifications at your chosen reminder time
• To manage your subscription and process payments
• To improve the App and fix issues

4. AI and Data Processing

Your profile data and recent workout history are used to generate personalised plans via the Anthropic Claude API. No personally identifiable information (name, email) is included in AI requests.

We use Anthropic's API on our servers only — your data is never sent directly from your device to Anthropic.

5. Third-Party Services

MOOOV uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database storage, and push notifications. Privacy Policy

• Apple App Store / Google Play: Payment processing, subject to their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase Firestore, hosted in the United States, with encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls.

No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Port your data in a portable format
• Object to certain types of processing

9. Children's Privacy

MOOOV is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Push Notifications

If you grant permission, we send workout reminder notifications at your chosen time. You can disable them at any time through your device settings or within the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
